The warm atmosphere and helpful staff. I loved the comfortable futon and felt right at home. The common areas offered perfect spots to socialize.

Accessing the shower required a trek outside, which could be bothersome during colder weather. I wish there was better sound insulation between rooms as well.

Hotel was well-maintained and incredibly beautiful, appreciated our stay.

The room exceeded high expectations, well-kept on level 2. Everyone was helpful and excellent as well as host. Touristic location close enough to convenient store and public onsen, two bus stops and MIYANOSHITA, it was in a cute area👍

The futon mattress provided decent comfort for a good night's sleep. This place has a unique layout with rooms outside the main building, with a bit of seclusion that's refreshing.

Getting to this spot can be a workout, as it's up a steep hill making hauling luggage a challenge. The air-conditioning struggled to maintain a consistent temperature during hot spells, and towels not being included is a minor annoyance. Be prepared to bring your own or rent them. Some rooms require a hike outside to access shared facilities, which isn't ideal in colder weather.

The onsen was too hot to enjoy, but the showers were great.

I loved my stay, especially with fine parks like Hakone Gora Park and amazing attractions like the Hakone Open-Air Museum just a short walk away, making leisurely strolls a delight.

It was just an ideal choice for a brief sojourn in Hakone with value for money. I thoroughly enjoyed the homemade breakfast that kick-started my day perfectly. Bring your own towel, as they aren't provided at the guesthouse.

The location is fantastic, situated right by a beautiful hill and we loved that there is a lake just a short 20-minute walk away.

The hotel was stunningly beautiful and fairly clean. Everything was nice, well-kept, and perfectly clean, especially the room on level 2. - the location was magnificent for me, very near to the bus stop. - It was also very close to the famous Watanabe Bakery and Yamagusuri restaurant, and cable car.
